Dinuk Hettiarachchi is currently the Managing Partner of Nihal Hettiarachchi & Company, a leading firm of Chartered Accountants, Partner of Wijeyeratne & Company, Chartered Accountants and Chairman of RNH Ventures, which is a diversified holding company operating in several business sectors with branch operations in Singapore, Australia & UAE. Further, he is a board member at the National Institute of Language Education and Training Sri Lanka. Former board member at the Skills Development Fund Limited & HVA Foods PLC. He is also a past Chairman of the Chamber of Young Lankan Entrepreneurs, popularly known as COYLE and a country representative of the Asia Pacific Trade Agreement Chamber of Commerce & Industry (APTA CCI).
Dinuk is a Fellow member at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka), Fellow member at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of UK (CIMA), Fellow member of the Society of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (CMA Sri Lanka) & a Fellow member of Certified Public Accountants, Australia (CPA). As an accountancy student he commenced his training at Baker Tilly Edirisinghe & Company and in 2003 he was elected as President of the Students Society of CA Sri Lanka where he was able to successfully implement several new initiatives which to date is part of the annual calendar of the student’s society of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
As a second-generation practicing accountant, Dinuk continues to contribute to his profession by serving in many committees at CA Sri Lanka, conducts lectures to students on various subjects and has presented many papers at local and international conferences. He has travelled overseas extensively which has contributed to his experience in practice and industry, gaining exposure in accounting and assurance services, taxation, business consultancy, BPO, IT based services, property development, international trade, oil & gas, leisure sector, construction, etc. Recently he was recognized as one of the most Influential young leaders by the Echelon Magazine in the New Establishment 100 list.
On a personal note, Dinuk is a Paul Harris fellow of the Rotary Club of Colombo West. He is an old boy of St. Josephs’ College, Colombo-10 and is involved in several committees as President / Treasurer at College. He is also a member of the Finance Committee of the Catholic Archdiocese of Colombo, a Trustee of the Saint Joseph Vaz trust and a Member of the Board of Administration of St. Thomas’ Catholic International College.
Hirantha Goonasekera holds an MBA from the Long Island University of NY USA and a BSc (Honors) from the MMU UK. He has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as the Managing Director of 3DH International Group. In addition, he is a director of both 3DH Engineering Pvt Ltd, which is the engineering and construction arm of the group, and 3DH Building Solutions Pvt Ltd, focusing on elevators and generators.
Under his guidance, 3DH has diversified across multiple industries, establishing a strong presence in each sector. And he is employed as the Director at NF Pharma Pvt Ltd since 2008. NF Pharma (Pvt) Ltd is an International Trading Company which is capable and geared to accommodate and supply of wide range of requirements in the medical and pharmaceutical field.
Chaminda Perera has 20+ years of experience in senior management and business administration. At present he is the Co-founder of Deranya (Private) Limited., Director/CEO of Satva Automotive (Pvt) Ltd and Director Energy Hub (Pvt) Ltd. Prior to this he was a director at Associated Motorways (Private) Limited, CEO of Ideal Motors & Ideal 2W (Pvt) Ltd, CEO of Chandra Senanayake Holdings (Automotive Sector) and CEO of Regency Automotive Sector subsidiary of IWS Holdings. During his automotive tenure he was responsible for world renown brands such as Jaguar, Porsche, Volvo, Proton, GM, SsangYong, Piaggio, Renault, New Holland and CASE IH AG tractors, Yamaha Leisure, Yamaha Generators, Castrol Lubricants and Mahindra & Mahindra.
He also spent a brief time with airline industry working for British Airways in Colombo. At the Ceylon Chamber of Commers, he was the President of Sri Lanka China Business council for year 2022/2023/2024. Studied at St. Joseph’s College Colombo and holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Drake Business School in NY USA.
